Dismantling

Work begins with dismantling. We pay a great deal of attention to this part of the process. Rust and oxidation often begins at locations that have not been preserved correctly. And it is these locations that must be protected extra carefully.

Whether this involves heavy parts or the smallest elements, which may or may not have been fitted with electronic or hydraulic components, every individual part is carefully dismantled. Our employees have a 4-ton suspended crane with 2 winches, each weighing 2–tons, at their disposal. These winches can safely dismantle and reconstruct all types of component safely and without causing any damage.

Careful dismantling means that all separate elements are allocated a specific place in the production process. The smaller elements are carefully organised so as to avoid anything being misplaced/switched.
