Painting Sany cranes

We recently painted the Sany SCE800TB-EV. At the request of Sanycranes.services, Sany developed and built this 80-ton battery-powered crawler crane. The Sany SCE800TB-EV is the first fully electric crawler crane in Europe.

Painting an electric crawler crane does not necessarily require a different working process than a fuel-driven crane. However, it is important in every part of the work process that there is no longer any electrical voltage on the crane. The electronics must be masked in a specific way before washing the crane. All electrical components must be made waterproof. We are proud to have painted this innovative Sany crane in our paint shop.

Painting Sany cranes is an extensive process. For P & K Kraanbedrijf & Transportservice B.V. we painted a Sany SCE 600TB in their corporate colours.
