Painting Liebherr cranes

In our paint shop we paint Liebherr cranes every day. A large number of these cranes are new, but we also paint Liebherr cranes for dealers or end users. For example, we are also engaged by crane companies that have bought a second-hand crane and then want to have this Liebherr crane painted in their corporate colours. Working process of painting Liebherr cranes All crane painting processes take place at our location in Emmeloord. Our craftsmen have the right knowledge and work with the latest techniques to paint Liebherr cranes. The Liebherr crane is partially disassembled before painting and is reassembled after the painting process for best results. This way, the sheet metal of the Liebherr crane can be painted separately.

Big Liebherr cranes

Many Liebherr cranes have already been painted at Gouweleeuw. For example, we have painted large Liebherr cranes such as the Liebherr LG 1750, consisting of: – 96 ton base machine – > 200 meter boom sections – 20 pieces of ballast and other associated components. Liebherr LTM 1750-9 Liebherr cranes can be painted in any desired colour. We painted this Liebherr LTM 1750-9 in the corporate colours of Capital Crane Limited from America. Our paint shop is only 1.5 hours away from the port of Rotterdam. This allows us to paint Liebherr cranes from all over the world. If required, we can take care of transportation of the crane from the port and back. Liebherr LG 1550 For Allelys from England we painted a Liebherr crane in their company colours. This Liebherr LG 1550 crane was a real refurbishment project. After the renovation, we transported the crane to the port of Rotterdam and from there the crane was shipped back to England.
