Painting tower cranes

At Gouweleeuw we have a lot of experience and expertise in painting tower cranes. Whether it concerns the painting of used or new tower cranes, we ensure a professional painting result. Our paint shop has large paint booths that are especially designed to be able to paint tower cranes, among other objects. In addition to tower cranes, we also paint mobile cranes and crawler cranes.

Work process of painting tower cranes

All work processes for the painting of tower cranes take place at our location in Emmeloord. Our craftsmen have the right knowledge and work with the latest techniques to paint tower cranes. Because painting a tower crane is a job for specialists. The entire mast, ladder and cabin etc. must be disassembled for a good end result. Because all painting processes take place at our own location in Emmeloord, we can work efficiently and closely monitor the quality of the paintwork on the tower crane.

We have painted, among other objects, the following tower cranes in our paint shop:

Spierings AT-7 SK2400-019

At Gouweleeuw we spray tower cranes from all over the world. We painted a Spierings AT-7 SK2400-019 in their striking corporate colours for the Swedish crane company Jinert.

Spierings AT-4 SK597

We painted this Spierings AT4 in the corporate colours of the Finnish crane company Länsinostot. The cabin and plating were painted in a metallic gold paint. In the video you can see part of the process of spraying the metallic paint on this tower crane. Spraying metallic colours on a crane is a very careful process.

Spierings AT-7 SK2400-018

Commissioned by Spierings Mobile Cranes, we painted the AT-7 SK2400-018 in the corporate colours of the Swiss crane rental company Flück. Using templates we painted a wide and a narrow diagonal red line on both sides of the undercarriage cabin.
